The sounds and sensations are too real not to be acknowledged. What is my body so upset about is it me or another..... No answer seems to come as you scan the psychic airwaves looking for a clue. The universe says 'send light to all that transpires no matter how dark it may seem'. Reluctantly you do such but like persistent children who wants to know who and why you still demand an answer.

You send healing committees, healing angels, and healing thoughts out to all that your heart is a part of, hoping it will be the glue that mends what is broken.  another feeling or intuition comes, wave after wave the tide does not recede. As you feel and feel and feel again.

We each are a single strand of light that is on its way to becoming a multi-spectral rainbow with full consciousness. All we can do is love what is happening to us from the inside out.

We can shift the vibration of what is to come by seeing it from an enlightened perspective and being part of the solution instead of the problem. Most earthly scenarios are written in quickened sand at this time and do not wait around for permission to happen.

It is so important to continually be in a state of gratitude for who you are and what you have in your life at this time. We are coming to the conclusion that No matter how hard we try we cannot make another person happy. We spend great reserves of life force trying to appease or please another fulfilling a karmic or soul debt. Ultimate truth is that You can only love another to the degree you love yourself and not one inch more. So if you want to bring love into your life you need to bring it into your self first. Love every inch of your life and then it will really love you back.
