“Lightning” Quartz

Lightening is a powerful, masterful, no nonsense teacher, it demands respect holding a timeless awe filled truth that seeks to be known and seen.  Quartz is a perfect vehicle for that. Like a timeless picture the presence of the lightening is etched into the crystal forever.  These very intense and unusual crystals are aligned with the Earth Keepers. They are Lightning (flash quartz) which was found in Brazil. These crystals speak in an energy so old even dirt has no memory of it. The earth keepers are what came into form first, when the earth was being created.  They hold the memory of earth in all her shifts and changes and future choices.

These very distinct and rare crystals come from Minas Brazil. For many years miners in the Serra de Espinhaςo Mountains of Minas Gerais Brazil, have reported finding “flash stones” – the result of lightning traveling through a quartz crystal while still in the ground.  This mountain range is frequently hit by orographic thunderstorms, which produce the greatest number of lightning strikes.   (Orographic thunderstorms are caused by air that is forced up by a mountain or hillside)  Evidences of the effect of this special lightning on lightning-struck quartz crystals are the presence of beta-quartz (which only forms at temperatures over 573°C), along with the presence of cristobalite which forms at temperatures of about 1,715°C). Also by the presence of coesite, the rare high-pressure polymorph of quartz. The stress caused by this very rapid heating and cooling, along with the intense electrical charge and the high pressure, creates a characteristic crisscross fracture pattern on the surface of the affected quartz crystals.

Lightning quartz has always been a shaman’s tool since time beginning. Just to find one is a miracle, to find a whole selection is unheard of. Lightning crystals are used to assist in the removal of poltergeists and spirits who are experiencing difficulty in transition from the physical world to the spiritual world like Archangel Michael’s sword they provides the strong message to "go to the light" in an expedient manner. These very special crystals can be used to assist one in recovery from shocks and traumas, present or past life). They also contain knowledge of healing techniques from other star systems and worlds.
